To run your account we collect the minimum needed: your email address, a hashed password, and the on-chain deposit and withdrawal addresses you use. We do not require your legal name, phone number, or physical address to open a standard account.
2. Cookies & sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect your account. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Some basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be retained for security and fraud prevention.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to operate the service: authenticate you, credit deposits, process withdrawals, calculate referral rewards, and provide support. We may use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the platform.
4. We don't sell your data
We never sell your personal data. We share it only where strictly necessary — for example with infrastructure providers who help us run the service, or when required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support.
